A few summer announcements from the Woodford lab:
Gianna Mochi from 2nd rotation has joined the lab as our very first PhD student! Gianna is amazing and I could not be more excited. She will be working to understand the role of TRAP1 in regulating TCA cycle activity.
Savanah Neupert, an undergraduate from the University of Rochester, has joined the lab for the summer through the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program.
In addition to Anna, who has returned for a second summer, we are happy to welcome Lindzy Berdon from Syracuse University for a summer research experience. Vanessa Noi, also from Syracuse University, recently began in the lab will be conducting an honors thesis in Biology during the 2023-24 academic year.
Roman has moved into the first year of Residency in the Department of Urology at SUNY Upstate! Congratulations - we'll miss you!
Seungchan has moved onto Alexion Pharmaceuticals in New Haven, CT. Good luck!
